The 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you buy a Doctor Business product and aren't satisfied with it, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked beyond confirming you bought it from us; no requirement to justify the request; no minimum-use threshold.
To request a refund, write to refunds@doctorbusiness.co.uk with your order number and the email address you used to purchase. We process refunds within 5 working days of receipt.
What this covers.
The guarantee covers all paid products — Guides, Calculators, Templates, and Playbooks. It doesn't cover bundle products in which you've already used part of the bundle materially, but we'll discuss those case by case. Subscription products (we don't operate any currently, but may in future) are usually refundable for the unused portion only.
Your statutory rights.
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ordinarily give a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. When you buy and download a Doctor Business product, you expressly waive that right (as the law permits for digital content provided immediately on consent). The 14-day satisfaction guarantee is our own commitment on top of, not instead of, the statutory framework. Where the two interact, your statutory rights take precedence.
You retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content of unsatisfactory quality. If a product is defective (file is corrupt, format is unusable, doesn't match what we described), we'll repair, replace, or refund the purchase regardless of the 14-day window.
VAT and international purchases.
VAT is included in our prices for UK customers. International customers should consult their local consumer-protection regime — we accept that consumer protections vary by jurisdiction and we'll honour the satisfaction guarantee for international buyers on the same terms as UK buyers.
